Goals

To be healthy and fit is my ultimate goal. However, I do have some more less overall goals. These include: 

  • A weight of 132 pounds
  • A toned, amazing stomach
  • Lean, sleek thighs 
  • Toned calves and arms 
  • Confidence. 

With that being said:

HW: 160 

SW: 155

CW: 153

GW: 132

If I am happy with how my body looks and my weight prior to this, I will stop attempting to lose and instead maintain my weight.
