Your blog is so inspiring. I look up to you so much. Thank you for helping me be healthy. I was just wondering, could you possibly recommend some of your favorite dinner foods? I always feel kind of stuck with dinner. I have good lunch, and breakfast, but my dinner always ends up being something very unhealthy. Thank you so much!

yum, I love dinner! here are some of my fave dinners.. 

-Fancy salads! I love putting a little goat cheese on, peppers, edame beans, light vineagrettes, apples, strawberries, everything! (everything healthy, that is :3)

-Stir fry! Sautee some lean beef and toss in a little soy sauce and stir fry sauce (most grocery stores have them, pick the one with the least amount of ingredients. I love trader joe’s!) and add some peppers, onions, and whole grain rice. 

-Quesadillas with lean chicken or, if you’re veggie like me, beans, with low fat cheese, light fat sour cream, sweet sauteed onions, tomatoes, and salsa.

-Whole wheat pasta with dried tomatoes and a light tomato sauce or cream sauce. 

-Sushi is an amazing dinner, you can get it at most grocery stores or japanese restaurants or you can even make it yourself! I love barbequed eel with avacado, but if you’re less adventurous, california rolls are amazing. 

-Soup can be soo healthy for you. Add a little whole grain bread with melted cheese and you have a delicious, comforting (and yet low fat!) dinner. 

-Tillapia, a fish that can be bought for pretty reasonable prices, is sosos good for you and had lots of protein and other benefits. Have some green beans and a sweet potato with it. 

-Crepes are so easy to make and can be filled with whatever you want. I love putting in sauteed veggies or fruits and cheese. They’re also low fat and low calorie and are very filling.
