Not really! The whole “special k challenge” basically cuts your calories and replaces what could be a healthy, metabolism boosting meal with a lame excuse for nutrition! If you want to cut the inches that special k promises, swap snacking for fruits and veggies and instead of having a protein shake for lunch, have Greek yogurt and granola! Dieting seems appealing in the short term, but it’s long term healthy habits that will make the difference :)
