My Personal Workouts!

My workout varies on a daily basis, and all the exercises listed here are not necessary the ones I do. I have a separate page of fun workouts I found for you guys (: x

every day ab exercises- 

5 minutes of crunches.

1 minute bicycles

1 minute leg-sustainers

1 minute twists

2 minutes crunches/sit ups 

CARDIO:

20 minutes on the elliptical (burns 200+ cals)

1/2 mile run

3 mile stationary cycling 

LEGS:

2 different leg weight machines that target different areas: 

  -100 reps 40lbs 

  -32 reps 30lbs 

ABS: 

8 minute abs (it’s on youtube!)
